On the opening page of the control panel in amongst all the many options is Deny I.P

Click on that, copy and paste offending i.p into box provided and enter.

Sorted.

Leave the 195 abusers as this is AOL and by banning one it bans all our own AOL'ers.

Just opt to hide their shit, it's all we can do - they'll stop when they get fed up of having their posts removed so quickly after they've gone to the trouble:)
When you call up a post, amongst the boxes there is one saying item hide. It should say 0, change it to 1 and click Go underneath which will hide the post from public view. Deleting it (red cross) will expunge it from the database and we won't have anything to mull over if we intend keeping their crap for further investigation.

Spammers - if Bert's code recognises it as spam it's automatically hidden with an item hide 1 or item hide 5. If it gets through it's down to us to hide it/junk it.

Tag entry- select database from drop down menu on left.

Then one of your options on left is customers. Click that.

Then at the top towards the right you will see Insert.Click that.

All the fields it provides, you just need to put tagname i.e boca_juniors_don (must be exactly as the gif image name) then the punters real name if offered, their email addy and of course the tag code, of your own making unless they offer their own.

Use your discretion - if you think they are a bit thick, give them something they hopefully can't balls up. I've usually gone for a 5 or 6 character code, lower case letters and numbers. It's your call - if you think you may duplicate existing codes, search the code in the search facility and if it doesn't produce results then you're laughing.

I only ever intended to take some weight off Bert's schedule tag wise but I seem to have been doing it all ever since:) If you have the time, issue them, if you don't , keep to production and queue them up for me as per previous. Love you to get involved though!
