AFC Wallingford have announced ticket prices for the game at there ground on 23rd November 2002. Once again the price is £5.00 and these have been sent to AFC Wimbledon so more details will be made available once they are released.

Tickets go on general sale from the 16th at the home game against Southall (CUP) available before game in Away End Bar & after game at the kiosk in the Main Stand

Ticket prices are £5 for an adult, £3 for concessions (over 60s and 12 - 16s) and £1 for Under 12s.

Any tickets that are still remaining will be on sale before, but not after, the home match against Feltham on Wednesday 20 November.

The Dons Trust is hiring a diesel train, using a heritage railway line, to take supporters between Cholsey and Wallingford. The cost will be £3.00 (single or return) and £2.00 concessions (under 16s and over 60s). Trains will run at about 12.20, 1.00, 1.40 and 2.20 with trains back after the game at about 5.00, 5.35 and 6.30.

Travel To Wallingford - OK neither of this is "Confirmed" at present but I understand that there will be a coach service to Wallingford with departure from Wimbledon. I believe that the price will be between £10-£15 but this is to be confirmed. As soon as I have more information I will post it on here but if you want to e-mail me with you name number of people going and a contact number I will pass your details on to the travel department of AFC Wimbledon (I think I am part of that) Travel@itmustbedons.com.

If you don't like coach travel and wish to go by train we could be about to announce a one off "Football Special" rather than hiring a train we are hiring a "Train Line" keep an eye on the site for more information but it will be brilliant.

Train legs required Wimbledon - Clapham Junction - Reading - Cholsey

There is an infrequent service between Cholsey and Wallingford, run by the Cholsey & Wallingford Railway Preservation Society, but this only runs on special occasions and the last train back from Wallingford is at 16:30


A better bet will be the regular bus service between Cholsey and Wallingford which takes about 10 minutes.

Cholsey is about three miles from Wallingford.

A cheap day return via Clapham Junction is £16.50

Clubhouse: The clubhouse is of a reasonable size, although often quite crowded due to the other sports that are going on.
