Another New signing and a departure

Manager Dave Anderson has announced on the OS the club has signed Danny Naisbitt a 25-year-old goalkeeper

Danny, has made more than 60 appearances for Barnet FC and played for Dagenham and Redbridge last season,

He as also announced that Ross Standen has been released by the club, thanks Ross for all all you efforts last season and good luck in the future.

New signing & PSF

Ashford Town (MX) website & IMBD both have news of a new sign for the club, its reported that striker Richard Butler was today transferred, at his own request, to AFC Wimbledon.

The terms of the transfer have not be revealed but as part of the agreement, Ashford will apparently be playing two friendlies against us, the first on Monday 9th August, at Kingsmeadow and the second the following season at Ashfords ground on either 30th July or 6th August 2005.

Dave Anderson has just confirmed the signing of 19-year-old striker Richard Butler from Ashford Town the Dons OS, with twenty one goals in Ryman South 1 last season he sounds like a good signing.

Euro 2004 Football, Beers & BBQ

Euro 2004 Football, Beers & BBQ what more could you want?

The club will be running a BBQ from 4pm at Kingsmeadow with the bar open for the England France game on the Big screen this Sunday, come down and support England (or France if you wish) in the company of fellow Dons while adding to the ground fund.

Revised League List

The FA have announced that due to Southall Town withdrawing from Southern Football League - the following amendments will be made:

That Fleet Town FC be placed into Isthmian League Div 1 (replacing Sittingbourne FC)

That Sittingbourne FC be placed into Southern League Div 1 East (replacing Southall Town FC)

This puts Fleet Town into our league for next season here is the revised list of team's that we will be playing next season

More changes to backroom staff

New manager Dave Anderson has confirmed his backroom staff for next season, Jon Turner and Warren Kelly will be following him from Hendon as assistant manager and first team coach respectively and he has released Paul Braham from the club, Goalkeeping coach Geoff Clayton will now be working with the reserves, ladies and U18 side from now on.

May I just say thanks to Paul for all his work and wish him all the best in the future.

Coops has left

All time top scorer Kevin Cooper has left the club and joined Carshalton Athletic in the Conference South,

We would like to wish him all the best for the future and thank him for all he's done in the pass two season, he will be a tough act to follow.

Blocks A,B,C and J are no-Smoking areas.

Block K is for Under-16s and their adult family or friends. We will sell tickets in this area to unaccompanied under-16s, but not to unaccompanied adults. This block will also be a no-smoking area.

No New applications will be accepted for seats in Block A.

Main Stand and President Lounge applications are being accepted on the following timetable:

1) Current ST holders have until 31 May to apply for same seat.
2) If you are a current ST holder and wish to move seats, please apply before May 31 indicating both your current seat and your new seat preference . This will ensure that your current seats are not lost if the attempt to move is unsuccessful. We will contact you after 31 May to discuss your seat for next season.

Please note that the vast majority of seats in Central area of the stand (blocks H and G and the seats in the president's Lounge block) are currently held by season ticket holders and we expect almost all of these people to renew.

3) New ST Applications will be accepted and allocated from the seats available after dealing with all renewals and current ST holders wanting to move. You may post your application now if you wish , although all applications received on or before 1st June will be treated as having been received on that date.

Season Ticket Books will be sent out 1st Week Of August.
